How do I cancel my membership ?
You can cancel at any time by simply sending an email to support@desihunt.com. This email should be sent from the same email account that you used for
registering on desihunt. You must include your Log In name or email address that you used to
register otherwise we will not be able to cancel your account.Also, please write a short reason why you are cancelling your membership. After receiving your account information, your account
will be canceled within one week. Your canceled account can not be activated
again.
I forgot my password. How I can retrieve it?
You can retrieve your password from forgot password link on the sign in page. You need to
provide either your email Id or user name. After submitting this information, your password will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you don't
see this email in your inbox.
I can not login to my account using correct password and login ?
There is possibility that your account is deleted after multiple warnings regarding violating desihunt policies regarding photos or personal
information. If you think you did not violate any policies then provide us your email Id or desihunt user Id. We will check this issue.
Why my profile is declined ?
Please read desihunt policies on sign in page. Your profile is violating desihunt
policies and it will be deleted after two declines.
Why my profile is not approved yet?
All the profiles are manually reviewed for appropriateness. Due to high volume, it takes 24 to 48 hours for approval.
I canceled my account. How can I re-activate it now?
Once you ask us to cancel your account, your account is deleted from our database. You need to re-create a new account.
How do I change my password?
Go to Control Panel then click "Edit My Information" type in new password in "New Password Box" after that re-type-in new password in "Confirm Box" then click "Update Info".
